I'm Harrie-Lou Walsh, a fully qualified Personal Trainer with specialism in Pre and Post-Natal Fitness. I also hold additional qualifications in Boxing, Spin and Circuit Training. I split my time between the two Endeavour Personal Training studios (in Grove and Harwell), and Williams F1 gym. I love weightlifting and functional training - I have even run a half marathon! If you're looking to get stronger, move better or prepare for an event, I can help!
