Leading cacao ceremonies for over 10 years now after experiencing one with the Cacao Shaman in Guatemala that changed my life, and so I trained with him for a year. Eventually leaving my career in medicine- moving from anaesthetics and putting people to sleep, to waking them up to the power and potential they hold! A little Earth Day reflection 🌍🤎

Running a business, we’re constantly making choices…
And one thing that’s really important to me is doing my best to make sure those choices have a positive impact - (not just on the people I work with), but on the planet too.

From using recyclable and biodegradable packaging (right down to the parcel tape)… To hosting my website with Krystal Hosting, powered by renewable energy…

To even using Ecosia for my searches, where profits go back into planting trees 🌳
It’s not always the cheapest or easiest option…

But it feels important.
Because small, conscious choices - made consistently really do add up.

And if we all do our bit, in our own way… that’s where real change happens 🌿

Feeling exhausted… even when you’re doing everything “right”?

So many women are running on empty - pushing through, holding everything together, and wondering why they feel so disconnected. I know, as I have been there myself!

But feeling ‘burnt-out’ isn’t a personal failure.

It’s a signal that the way we’ve been taught to live and work just isn’t sustainable.

There’s another way.
