Our Story

We would like to support the growth of our Christian Values through Football. Cultivating London will fund the training and development of your leadership by facilitating a Leadership & Management training session which can cost is £250 per day in order to build your 1CITY.FC Center.

What is the scheme?

Cultivating London will provide free structure, training and development linked to the national curriculum to boys and girls in primary and secondary schools or affiliated to local Churches.

The training and development will supply free to download lesson plans, activities and video content in Football, Maths, English, Leadership, Science, Physical Education (PE) and Personal, Social, Health and Business education (PSHE).

TALENT IDENTIFICATION

Retain the Game

We will facilitate a talent identification program. The candidates will be invited to participate in our sports management program and they will receive a constructive feedback and relevant information (Individual Plan Structure) to support the retention of talents in fair distributed of professional advice. The cost £95 and grants will be available to clubs or individuals with existing male or girls team to support the essential costs of pitch hire, training venues, First Aid, administration fee, staff members and playing kit/equipment.

The Respect

The Respect scheme aims to ensure that football – both on and off the pitch – continues to be enjoyable, inclusive and a positive experience For All. This scheme offers schools or local churches with the opportunity to receive a day training in leadership & management.
