The London School of Biodanza is affiliated to the International Biocentric Foundation, and offers you a fun way to feel healthy and alive, opening your sense of joy, reinforcing your self esteem and self confidence. Everyone can do Biodanza, there are no set ways of dancing, no age limits and no fitness requirements, just a desire for adventure. If you love music and love to dance free of restric

tion, Biodanza is a pleasant and enjoyable pathway that may feel right for you. The monthly weekend seminars and vivencias are open to both students and guests. We welcome people who are considering the training as students, for them the sessions will lead to the recognised qualification as a Biodanza facilitator. We also welcome guests, for them the sessions will give them the opportunity of self development, to enjoy the process as a wonderful way to dance, explore and connect with others from the heart. They may join in both the seminars and the vivencias. There is a further option for guests, they can join the vivencial part of the weekends, which will be given in the afternoons on both days and is the opportunity to dance with authentic movements responding to the music and the group. The School Directors Ruth Strupinski, Philippa Kennan and Altair De Almeida are all International facilitators, passionate about Biodanza and with a great wealth of experience and sensitivity. They give workshops and run classes.

Biodanza into contemporary organizations and businesses.

A stress reduction tool promoting health within the work environment that can be offered as an innovative corporate team-building and leadership development tool that enhances creativity, communication, and adaptability to change.

This course is in 2 modules starting in July and will give you the authorisation to offer this in the workplace.
It will be offered in Bristol promoted by Antoinette so please let her know if you want to reserve a place on this important specialist training with

Let the music and dance take you on a gentle journey of dancing sometimes your own dance and sometimes dancing with the others. The class has a structure of around 14 - 16
