The drive. The missed putts. The shots they wish they could take back.

What they don't always need is more analysis.
Sometimes they simply need to hear:
"How did you enjoy it?"
"What did you learn?"
"I'm proud of you."

Golf is a long-term journey, and the way young players experience setbacks can shape how they approach the game for years to come.

Comparing your child's development to another player's can create unnecessary pressure and take away from the enjoyment of the game.

My focus is on understanding where each player is now, identifying what they need next, and building the skills that will support them long term.

Development isn't a race.

Learning to manage your response to mistakes is a huge part of becoming a better competitive golfer.
