I was scrolling through my camera roll and realised I never shared these gems

Acroyoga always looks impressive… but what you don’t see is how much fun there is in the learning, the laughter, and the incredible humans you get to share it with. Co-teaching with this crew and watching everyone light up was pure magic.

Also! Something about being flown just makes everyone squeal with joy, no matter how “serious” they think they are 😄

Summer’s creeping in, I’m feeling that fiery, playful energy rising… so tell me. Who’s up for some acro in the park? ☀️

Strength and flexibility look good,
but a calm mind changes everything.

It’s freedom from reaction,
from the pull of anger, stress, and doubt.

The world will always throw things your way,
but calmness is the ability to stay steady in the storm.

To feel it all,
without being ruled by it.

To respond with clarity,
instead of chaos.

Everything in balance ☯️

If you want to cultivate more of this steadiness,

Right at the end of my meditation, a magnolia petal floated down into my lap. And it honestly felt like the tree was meditating with me.

Why I do what I do 🧚

Yoga was my first love
Meditation is how I slow down
Aerial gave me strength
Qigong for energy work and something in between

And the best part? When they all come together.

Drawing on each practice to support the whole: body, mind and spirit.

Today marks one year of following my passion and teaching yoga.

It still feels like a dream. The time has flown! Maybe that’s age, or maybe it’s what happens when you’re finally doing something that feels aligned.

I’m still surprised that this is what I get to wake up and do each day.

I’m so grateful to everyone who comes to class, who trusts me to guide their practice, and who has made this year so special.

Here’s to many more years of moving, breathing, and growing together.
