•Bench press 10 sets x 15 reps.
•Dumbbells incline bench 5 set x 12 reps.

Here's the video with all my sequence of deadlift.I started in November without knowing what was deadlift and slowly slowly as you can see I can lift 160kg.
If you really want something you will do anything for it no excuses...excuses are for the weak.

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press, and deadlift.
In this video there is not bench press but it still powerlifting.
