This is a step by step ex*****on of the form. To help the student, there's a pause at every position that eventually needs to be smoothed out and linked so that the form results in one movement.
Another care has been taken. The first and the last part of the video are mirrored to better show the movements of the hands.
The student should watch and work pausing the video to practice this part of the form in sections.
The advice is to practice until An (push forward, before the first change of view), thinking you watching a mirror, after the change of view you're facing your right and watching the instructor on your side. Again, after the second change of view, you're watching a mirror again.
This video isn't exhaustive, but only a reminder for those who are attending the class.

For further clarifications, it is also possible to attend online sessions where alignments, posture, meaning, and use of the movements are explained. Private tuition helps to achieve better results in shorter time, targeting the habits of the student, applying corrections at an early stage, and following the development of the practice with a tailored program.
