Plus Size Pole Dancing
This is a great workshop for both instructors and students, showing you how to better support larger bodies, showing adjustments, spotting techniques, and more to make pole more inclusive in an industry which isn’t always. Pole is HARD and being plus sized can make it so much harder
I attended this workshop with Roz years ago and it gave me the confidence I needed to finally become an instructor and bring all that sass (and all this ass) to London

If your resolution is less hustle, more exhale, this one’s for you.
Yin Yoga is slow, deep, grounding, and unapologetically chill. Long holds, soft lights, and time to actually feel your body again.

Looking for a nourishing, creative way to connect with your little one?
Me & Baby Dance offers a calm, playful space for you and your child to move, explore and grow together. ✨

Led by Dance Movement Psychotherapist Sarah-Jane, these sessions support bonding, confidence and imagination — not just for your baby or toddler, but for you as a parent. They’re designed to remind you of your own creativity, your own body, and your own capacity for joy, even in the busiest seasons of caregiving.

Baby Dance (2–12 months)
A gentle introduction to your baby’s developmental movement patterns. We explore how they’re learning to connect their muscles and move through the world, dancing both with and without carrying, in ways that feel supportive and intuitive. 👶

Toddler Dance (walkers–preschoolers)
A relaxed, social space where toddlers can explore coordination, spatial awareness and collaboration through movement and play. The focus is connection, curiosity and freedom to move in their own way. 🧸

There’s no need for dance experience, no pressure to arrive perfectly on time, and no expectation of “getting it right.”
Just come as you are, in comfortable clothes, ready to reconnect with your child and with yourself.
