🐴 GRACE 🐴
15hh 5 in April, we’ve had her since March to bring on with my step daughter. We restarted her and she’s been going really well. Personal reasons and step daughter doing GCSE’s forces sale.
We’ve done a little bit of everything since having her but kept it low level.
She’s won every dressage and showing show she’s entered. Always gets lovely comments from the judges; as well as being very elevated and elastic she’s a real head turner.
We took her xc and she proved bold and confident, has been up and down steps, through water and over ditches.
We’ve built her confidence show jumping slowly but she’s really getting there now and come 2nd round a 50cm on Monday. Definitely ready to now step up to 60/70. She’ll be capable of more we just haven’t rushed her.
She hacks alone and in company, good in open spaces. Has been over the M25 bridge on her own.
She not by any means a novice ride, she is forward and can still be babyish with little spooks etc, but a fantastic project to continue her education with a capable knowledgable home. Calm when out and very level headed, can take 10-15mins to work in and go nicely including at home. Nothing nasty just an excitable baby Welsh!
If you’d like to come to view please please be honest with your capability. She’s not a novice ride and needs a rider who is gutsy and able to ride with their seat. She’s got huge potential with the right rider and we won’t sell her to anyone we deem unsuitable. Happy to view videos beforehand.
I believe she’d really excel in dressage or showing but will equally make a nice all rounder/riding club/fun teenagers ride.
She’s very friendly, loves a cuddle and fuss not mareish at all. Great manners.
Up to date with vaccines, worming, physio, dentist, feet (barefoot).
Based in Swanley, Kent.
