Starting swimming lessons can be a little daunting, especially for parents and little ones who are visiting us for the first time.

We’ve put together a quick guide showing you exactly what to do when you arrive at the centre, so you and your child can feel confident and ready for their lesson.

Small wins, Big summer - we were pleased to host Hillingdon Councils 2026 playday event at the athletics track at HSLC. This year’s theme, “Play – here, there, everywhere,” celebrates the importance of creating opportunities for children to play wherever they are.

It was fantastic to welcome so many families to our leisure centre for a fun-filled day of games, activities and smiles. Thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the event such a success – we loved being part of this nationwide celebration of play!
