to two weeks ago when we said ‘See you later’ to our first cohort of mums as their maternity leave comes to an end.

It felt so weird to say bye as I have seen these ladies every week for just under a year. We watched the babies grow, we laughed, we ranted and hugged when we needed it - these mums got stronger not only physically but mentally too.

Thank you ladies for all your support and helping me grow this little seed of an idea. Alongside the we have created a community and network all mums need, and I just know it isn’t goodbye but see you later.

When we become a mum so much changes. Our bodies, the freedom of being able to do what we want when we want and some days just raising a smile feels like to much effort.

And despite what the picture perfect influencers tells us maintaining a healthy lifestyle for ourselves can be bloody hard! But it's not impossible.

All you need is some new systems for your new chapter, a supportive community and guidance to get you on track.

During this 45 minute workshop, I will provide practical tips on getting back into fitness and support you to set some SMART fitness goals for 2026. Piece of Health - The programme designed with everyday people in mind, for everyday bodies, to create healthier communities, and happier people.

This programme has been put together by me (a working class mum), who knows just what it's like to maintain a healthy lifestyle, when budgets are low, when juggling childcare, work, and the stresses of life.

This programme has been designed to help you build new habits into your lifestyle, in a way that they will stick and give you the results you desire.

It's also built with empathy as I know life happens, which is why this programme comes with a community that supports each other, lifts each other up, and trainers that support not patronise.
