We have had the pleasure of using the system with a variety of players across all levels and we are discovering many types of tendencies and off sets that players have.

Question ❓

How many of you practice shooting without having an accuracy metric to your training ?

We have been exploring with a set of criteria we give players to justify success, as a common and obvious theme is players tend to become frustrated when they miss.

Defining what a good miss and a bad miss to players across all levels for us has been one strategy that we have used to help players reframe their focus away from their made shots to what is happening when they are missing and finding ways on how we can help turn those misses into makes.

Next time you're in a workout define what a good and bad miss is to your players and add in a bonus point for achieving a good miss as well as a make.
