1 REP MAX DEADLIFTS 200kg!! 😎
First time I done this I looked like I was about to die 😂. Came back more confident, yeah it’s still only one rep but this time I had a smile the whole way. Not quite ready for 2 reps yet.
Putting this post up to set the bar of how much effort you should be putting into the gym. Never do 8 or 12 comfortable reps till you feel a slight burn. Make sure you only JUST make it to your desired number.
That’s when the gains really make an appearance :)
