It’s been a minute since our last update — and what a wild ride it’s been since we took the reins of the Rodds brand. Can you believe we’re already a month into 2026?! Time’s flying when you're forging padded weapons and building dreams. ⚒️💥
Since stepping into the arena last year and taking over from Tom, it’s been nothing short of a rollercoaster — full of steep learning curves, long days in the workshop, and some truly humbling moments.
🚀 By the end of 2025, demand for our premium padded sticks absolutely exploded, and we’ve been blown away by the love and support from the stick fighting community. Seriously — you guys showed up in force, and we’re beyond grateful.
Behind the scenes, we’ve been grinding hard. We’ve massively upgraded our production setup, scaled up capacity, and made it our mission to meet this new level of demand while staying true to our promise: same-day dispatch with stock ready on the shelf.
It’s taken time — juggling upgrades while still producing to order — but we’re now fully operational and in the thick of our restocking phase. The shelves are starting to fill.
But that’s not all…

⚔️ 36” Two-Handed Padded Katana/Sword
A first-of-its-kind beast featuring a new high-impact solid PVC core, double-thick foam, and a built-in foam hand guard (Tsuba). This is serious kit for serious training.
🥊 31” Battle Stixx – Long Padded Sticks
Inspired by the legendary Dog Brothers and RCSF — these are built for those who bring real intensity to the fight.
🌀 Padded Sparring Nunchucks
This one’s been a journey — engineering nunchucks that can survive full-contact without self-destructing is no joke… but we’re nearly there!
