A great time was had by all at my after last Summer class Afternoon Tea Party at The Chequers - Billericay Thank you for letting us use your Marquee for the afternoon! 🙏🏼🥂😁

After tomorrow’s classes I’m closed for a few weeks rest until 7th September when all classes will restart 😁💃🏼

Good morning and happy Monday! Hope everyone had a great weekend! There are loads of spaces this morning at 9.45am as Corringham Springhouse Zumba Gold class numbers are running very low so all welcome to fill the dance floor! Please message for my records to book catch up class spaces and come along! There are also spaces at Seated Pilates at 11am as there are later in Grays at 12.45pm. See you soon unless you’re on holiday in which case have a great time ☀️😎 Xx

Tuesday 23rd June - normal times
10am Mat Pilates Intervals on Ball
11.15am Zumba Gold inc new Bachata 💃🏼
1pm Seated Pilates Weights and Ball

Wednesday 24th June - earlier times so all 3 classes can run with air con 🥶🥶🥶
8.45am Mat Pilates Intervals on Ball
10am Zumba Gold inc new Bachata 💃🏼
11.15am Seated Pilates Weights and Ball

Thursday 25th June at St John’s North Grays with 4 x Steel cage fans and good ventilation - earlier times to beat the heat 🥵

Time has certainly flown by for sure and I’ve definitely had so much fun and what a Fabulous community of Fitness friends has been gathering during this time! I’m beyond blessed, truly grateful and forever thankful that I decided to do my Zumba training as it really has built so many loyal friendships! 💃🏼🙏🏼🥰 Thank you to everyone who has danced with me over the last 15 years and KEEP DANCING 💃🏼🪩🫶🏼
