A Massive Throw Back To When Our Coach Hosted One Of The Biggest Running Events In London Running History.

Kai led the talk, brought a group, hosted the warm up and led a group of just under 200 runners out on to the streets of cental London SOLO. Supported by a king of Pacers & legendary hero from the crew
its literally a movie. We Can't wait to host massive events like this again and bring London running to new heights.

2020 is the year that Making Wright Moves relaunches!!!
Our coach understands how it feels to learn to swim coming from screaming in a baby pool to a fully qualified level 2 swimming teacher & life guard in under a year!
He is a very accomplished runner with various skills in leading runners for both long & short distances. This can be in one 2 one sessions or in a group setting.
Having led many runners over the last 5 years training them for anything from 1 mile to a full marathon offering sessions like no other!
Cheap & affordable!
Accessible to all levels, ready to support that first ever nervous 1 mile run or them lonely long marathon training miles!
Very accommodating to busy schedules!

Our coach cheering on & ! Celebrating all the hard work they put in through out training!
Our coach was there to support Jada, through out the trainning, May that be long runs or short runs & all the hard work paid off as she was able to run her first full marathon!
Due to her hard work and dedication to not only sessions with our coach but them sessions by her self also!
He jumped in and paced her for the last few miles of the marathon from the home of the legendary crew .dem.crew at mile 21 till mile 26 last turn before the finish line!
For 5 months Jada came and Made the Wright Moves, training correctly and got paced by our coach and worked super hard at a goal that most people wouldn't have even thought about!
This is what making Wright Moves is all about! Pushing the boundaries and working hard all the make the Wright moves!

Kai knew how it felt to not be able to swim, 2015/16 he went from not be able to swim at all to being a fully qualified swim teacher & life guard!
Such an amazing journey!

A major throw back to when our coach had a one off session with & supported by !
We were blessed to have two very inspiring young women, come down to our session,
Both at different levels;
Sanchia is a bad girl at breast stroke, but wasnt to confident with front crawl, head in the water is a big stumbling block for most people but we tackled it head on!
Where as Gina was a qutie new to swimming, not much experience in the pool but had great fitness in different sports, we started by working on getting her comfortable in the water and moving!
It was a great session!
Hopefully we can get these lovely ladies back in the pool again, to smash an other session!
