Don't worry we are back! We have been busy helping out first 2024 cohort; equipping them with both the tools and mindset to get results beyond their wildest dreams. This is a really interesting graphic from the team at 'Built lean'. It may not be absolutely exact but clearly shows the importance of bodyfat opposed to weight when it comes to how we look, and ultimately feel.

This is why we at π—ͺπ—²π—±π˜€π—΅π—Ώπ—²π—± are fully focused on your lean body composition or body fat. From a pure health perspective, below 20% for Males and below 30% for Females is a good baseline and achievable for most of us. Beyond that it is up to you, but remember lower is not always better! Beauty is in the eye the beholder so make it a personal decision not one influenced by stereotypes or popular media.

However having a target or goal is a hugely positive and motivational endeavour as long as it remains healthy and realistic, so 3 considerations:

- You have a definite set date for your wedding 🍾
- You have X amount of weeks until the big day ⏳
- You have a target bodyfat you want to achieve πŸ’ͺ

If you can define the above and focus on what outcome you want you are over half way there. The other half we can most certainly help you with, to get you 🎯.

Happy Easter Holidays! Ready for the post Easter crash diet??

Easter is a chance to take the foot off the gas and recharge the batteries for spring, but also a great opportunity to put in motion the steps needed to achieve you ultimate physique for your big wedding day.

Time can seem compressed when we have multiple tasks to deal with which wedding planning most certainly has... the 'easy' hack to counter this is the 1 month crash diet before your big day. I have witnessed this first hand and whilst the weight loss is dramatic, there's 3 important outcomes to consider:

After some hugely positive feedback from our beta launch of π—ͺπ—²π—±π˜€π—΅π—Ώπ—²π—±, a comprehensive 3 month program that takes the stress and uncertainty out of getting your perfect body for the big day.

We have put years of solid scientific research and worked with some of the worlds leading coaches and sports scientists to make wedshred bullet proof and not just another fad diet or unattainable exercise plan. But there is always room for improvement and our customers are our greatest teachers so we ll continue to tweak and improve to get you the results you want ; )

Our next phase is to create a brand identity for the π—ͺπ—²π—±π˜€π—΅π—Ώπ—²π—± program and i would love your feedback- good, bad or ugly! Here are the 2 concepts we are looking at:
1. A playful design, using the stereotypical bride and groom with in the logo and play on 'i do' to looking great!
