A weekend turning 38!
Two days doing my favourite things - eating, training, walking and seeing my little circle of amazing people (and dogs!)
I got the standard few ‘ooo you’re getting old now ‘ comments,but I have to say, I feel the strongest and fittest version of me so far!
I’m not sure how to say this without sounding arrogant but I know I’m healthier than the average 38 year old and probably look a little younger.
And I truly believe this is down to living an active lifestyle, eating well, and training CONSISTENTLY!!
I’ve just kept going since giving up sport and built a life full of healthy habits, staying mindful of my sleep, food, training and more recently stress levels.
Living a healthy life consistently is definitely the key to longevity, and is something a make a huge point of with my clients.
Onwards and upwards 💪🏻😊
