Mind2Muscle Making waves in the treatment of Parkinson’s
Mind2Muscle’s Clinical Rehabilitation was key in the preparation of Adrian Banks (Banksy) a 55 yr old diagnosed with ’s five years ago.
After baseline assessments and a unique specialist training package M2M Senior Clinical Practitioner Charlotte Maria rightly believed he was race ready to compete in this years “Royal Western Yacht Club 2 handed Round Britain and Ireland” race that started 29th May 2022.
Owning the Yacht Pegasus of Northumberland, (ex Artforms, ex Pegasus) Adrian is also a well known member of RORC - Royal Ocean Racing Club.
She was co-skippered by Adrian Banks and Ross Hobson. The RB&I was a brutal race and for the sailers to take it on with the added challenge of Adrian’s Parkinson’s showed true grit and determination.

Adrian is excitedly keen to promote the benefits he has witnessed first hand in the treatment of Parkinson’s from the team whilst also been involved in their trial.
