Quick holiday workout with minimal equipment
The hotel gym only had dumbbells up to 7.5kg and a small barbell / cable machine that was in use when I got there
So just threw together a quick full body circuit with the dumbbells, a kettlebell and a box
10 box jumps
20 snatches
10 thrusters
20 incline push ups
10 deadlift and row (to be clear I wouldn’t usually pair these exercises together if I had more weights available because you can deadlift more than you can row 😆)
20 kettlebell swings
Few mins rest
Then repeat x 3
It’s great to follow a set lifting training programme so you can focus on progressive overload rather than always mixing it up
But when you go on holiday and the hotel gym doesn’t have much available or there is no hotel gym
Doing something over nothing is always a great idea!
Body weight workout, a little jog, bike ride, swim or getting involved in any hotel sporting activities available
If you might have dumbbells available, you could save this circuit to do when you’re away 🙌🏻
