Take part in physical activity and recover from injury using the very popular slow-paced version of the beautiful game ‘walking football’.
Places are still available on our aiding recovery through walking football course at Mile End Stadium.
Sessions are suited for people generally over 50 or inactive who wish to take exercise in a fun filled, safe environment which encourages social cohesion.
It is particularly good for anyone returning from long term injury, although it is essential to get medical advice from your GP before participating.
The emphasis is on increasing physical and mental health & wellbeing through exercise and social engagement.
