A happy weekend to you, it’s been a wonderful week at the studio, lots of reformer classes, matwork and 121 transformational programmes. We also have a sound bath coming up on 12th June on a Friday 6.30pm, great way to end the week and recharge the batteries. I’m excited to share the special May Reformer classes offer with you

Even your rest has a to-do list.
If your mind won’t shut off, you don’t need more willpower. You need 60 minutes on the floor at Grove Pilates.

Here is the truth we see every week: you do not have a discipline problem, you have an environment problem. You cannot meditate your way out of a room that keeps pinging.

You cannot will yourself calm in the same space that wired you up. So we are clearing our studio and creating a different room for you.

For 60 minutes on Friday 12 June, you lie down on the floor at Grove Pilates in Earlsfield, you close your eyes, and you do absolutely nothing. The gong does the work.

The low hum moves through the floor, through your body, and your system drops into the kind of rest most people only reach in deep sleep. No effort. No performing. Just permission to be still and held.

This is not a class with a soundtrack. It is a guided journey built around your nervous system, led by Kasia Richter, a cross-cultural psychologist and certified sound therapist, on her handmade 95cm Universe Gong, the instrument behind the deepest states of rest.

What your 60 minutes at Grove Pilates includes:

A full gong sound bath to carry you into deep stillness

Guided meditation to drop you out of your head and into your body

Breathwork to signal safety to your nervous system before the sound begins

An oracle card pull to close, a small moment of clarity to carry into your week

You walk in carrying the week. You walk out lighter, softer, and quieter inside. Most women describe it as the best sleep they have had in months, except they were awake for it.
