Me and my Student Ben in a Private Lesson ! At this point we have been hitting/Grappling for 40 mins Straight out of the hour lesson although we are tired we must keep going! and Ben has a 10 kg waighted Vest on!

My daughter having some basic self defense lessons! Only 2 one hour sessions! She learned alot in a small space of time! My waight is 13 stone in this I was getting her to sink and twist hip! She said I felt waightless so proving to her that my weight didn't mean she couldn't lift me!
