One of our more memorable trips to the mountains: great people, high moral, respect for the environment and remoteness.

Having a real plan for what we want to achieve on this expedition before setting out, but more importantly how we treat each other along the way, to enable us to achieve those peaks, ensured clairity of operation when we were on the ground.

This year, we had the privilege of working with countless teams from diverse industries, helping them strengthen bonds, improve communication and build resilience. Our campfire sessions have also been a hit and every event reaffirmed the transformative power of nature in team-building.

We launched events in new locations, bringing our outdoor leadership and team-building programs to more teams in ranging settings.

This will only increase in 2025 with our focus on hybrid working effects on employee and the use of AI within the workplace.
