Don't forget to drink your water today (and every day!)
If you prefer a bit of flavor then try adding a slice of lemon or lime to your glass.
It's high in vitamin C and contains hardly any calories, plus it's free in most cafes and restaurants.

Sleep is important, in fact it's critical. When we sleep our bodies repair and recover (and grow), now we all know this but for some reason it's easily overlooked and often forgotten.

Here are some tips to help you get enough good sleep:
1. Try to stick to a schedule of sleeping at the sames times each day. It's all about routines!
2. Limit caffeine so no coffee after 2pm, no exceptions.
3. No alcohol at least 3 hours before bed time, the dehydration can keep you from deep sleep patterns
4. Exercise every day, even if it's a walk outside, make sure you do something
5. Get into the sun! at least 15 mins in the morning will help reset your circadian clock.

Follow these and you'll be sure to see the rewards within the first 2 weeks.

Keep healthy guys
