A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING WORKOUT TODAY!
The last two weeks have been really hard in terms of my energy levels. I’ve procrastinated on so many workouts because I didn’t have the energy. But today, there was something in the tank so I gave everything a little go.
- 10 pulls x 2 rounds with 3kg
- Doubles and triples on muscle ups
- 50 kick ups with a handful to at least 3 sec holds
- 5 dips x 3 rounds with 11.5kg
- 5 reps of deadlifts with 40kg.
I’d say it was productive today!
