Morning one and all 😊 Just keeping you in the loop.... Summer Bootcamp has begun at FF Haringey, it's on every Wednesday at 6pm and we're going all the to the week before Bank Holiday (Carnival)...... Also going to start an outdoor Bootcamp near Gladesmore Community School, South Tottenham, N15. 6EB. I am hoping to start on Thursday 22nd June but date to be confirmed by Tuesday 20th. Both are priced at £5 per session. Come and get the holiday body you want!!! Both sessions are open to all over 18, you do not need to be a member of FF should you wish to join us there. 😊👍👌 comment below for further information

Spring bootcamp has started but it's not too late to join! Bootcamp sessions will run 6:30-7:30pm every Wednesday up to 31st May 2017. Come and give it a try for just £5 per session at Fitness First Haringey, Green Lanes. Non-members welcome! Register your interest in the comments :)
