“These sweatpants are all that fits me right now” - the hidden realities of being a gym bunny 🐰…

It’s such an interesting transition when you go from wanting to shrink yourself to then getting excited when the scales move UP. Also I’ve come to realize how many of us are lacking in sufficient muscle mass. I’m not saying you need to get jacked but the benefits of high muscle mass are not to be overlooked:

- boosts metabolism
- can help you appear leaner
- lowers risk of injuries
- improves heart health
- lowers risk of illness
- helps manage blood sugar levels
- makes bones stronger
- boosts mood and self esteem
- improves brain health
- improves quality of life

Lift is perfect for beginners and intermediates alike. In this class you will learn how to lift heavier weights safely, so you can improve your technique and build confidence both in and outside of the gym. Come and get strong(er) with me 💪🏻.

It’s time to switch the narrative and realize this is a LONG GAME. Fitness is meant to be apart of our daily routine. Our bodies are designed to move. To be strong. To do hard s**t. This “easy” life we’ve all got too comfortable living is no good for us. Let 2024 be the year you realize what habits serve you and which ones need to go.

Fridays are my NWD and so I love to fill it with my favorite things… for example today I kicked off with a morning run 🏃🏻‍♀️, followed by a Hebrew lesson then off to the gym for a leisurely session before cooling down with some yoga and then a chilled evening at home with my boys. It doesn’t get better than that tbh ❤️

I spent the last couple of years chasing what I thought would make me happy, such as lavish holidays, only to discover I feel most satisfied when I’m in a disciplined routine. Excited to get focused this year and see what I can really accomplish 🤙
