🔥 ISL-ROX 🔥
Last week, our Team-Isl Summer Challenge members took on ISL-ROX – our own HYROX-inspired simulation designed to test fitness, grit, and teamwork. 💪🏃‍♂️🏋🏻‍♀️

The energy in the studio was incredible, with everyone pushing themselves and supporting each other from start to finish. That’s what our community is all about. 👏

And after all that hard work, we rounded off the day with a great social together – the perfect way to celebrate everyone’s effort. 🍻☀️

Pregnancy has changed her whole world.

Through all the changes, coming to F45 Training Islington has been the one thing she can control. With support from the coaches and tailored options during workouts, she’s been able to keep training safely and keep doing what makes her feel good.

Meet Katie.

Going into her wedding, she wanted to feel strong, confident, and good in herself.

What started as a fitness goal at F45 Training Islington became so much more. Beyond the physical changes, training gave her an hour every day just for herself, helping her feel better mentally and manage the overwhelm that can come with wedding planning.

If you’re new here: Open Week means you can try F45 Islington from March 16-22. Unlimited classes.

Sign up via the link in bio and we’ll contact you to book into your first class.

Show up 10 minutes early so we can get you sorted. Bring water and a towel. 45 minutes of team training. Mix of cardio and strength. Different workout every day. Coaches guide you through it. You go at your own pace.

Our coffee and breakfast station is set up for this morning.

If you’ve been thinking about trying F45, stop thinking and just come. Worst case, you get a good workout and some free coffee.

Open Week starts Monday, and here’s what you need to know.

Come train 7 days (March 16-22) for £7. You get unlimited access to all our classes for the week. That means you can come once to test it out, or you can come every day to really get the full experience.

What to expect:
- 45-minute team training sessions
- Coaches who’ll actually learn your name
- A mix of cardio and strength workouts (different every day)
- Real people at all different fitness levels
- Good energy

We’re also running competitions, events and giveaways all week! This is a chance for you to see if F45 is the right fit.
