Tuesday 8th September to Saturday 12th September
This is due to essential maintenance work taking place in the Sports Hall at Newham Leisure Centre.
Classes resume Tuesday 15th September

Despite not having our best bar routine, you showed incredible resilience and determination. You proved that mistakes are opportunities to learn, and that they don’t have to hinder the rest of your performance.
