Hi all, the day is approaching very fast.My studio will reopen again next week.I will be doing 3 yoga classes per week.
Yoga classess will be from 2-8 years old.
New class for mum and babies
Meditation and Face yoga for mums.
Also planning to run some activity classes during half term.All dates and times will be announced very soon.Fallow my page🙏

So far so good,never give up🙏After pregnancy and 2 months recovering now able to manage 100 squats a day.Decided to join a challenge and support charity Wish me luck 🙏

Hi all it's been a while since our last yoga class.Been thinking a lot of all of you.There was a lot of changes in our lives and in my too...I have newborn baby girl and been thinking what shall I do next while on maternity.Due to restrictions and unable to do classes indoors I would like to introduce to my new project walk and talk for mums and babies.During walk and talk we can have a lots of fun and good emotions,even I can share with you some breathing exercises in the park🙏Please get in touch prior to the day.
