KCL Trampoline Club Ever wanted to experience the exhilarating feeling of flying? Well we can give you exactly that:
Come and jump for joy at the newly formed KCL Trampoline Club!

Whether you want to tone up, compete, or just have fun, we will have qualified coaches on hand to guide you every “bounce” of the way! Trampolining involves learning and performing acrobatics whilst bouncing on a trampoline. This can include shape-jumps such as tuck, pike and straddle, to front and back landings and more complex somersaults. We welcome people with all levels of experience and complete beginners so come and join us at our freshers taster session before jumping to any conclusions!

TONIGHT'S TASTER SESSION

Hi everybody!

The taster sessions that were planned for 7.30-8.30pm and 8.30-9.30pm tonight have been cancelled 😭
We appreciate how frustrating this is for you all and we are very sorry to have to do this again. The venue is not prepared for us to run sessions without a fully qualified coach present and so whilst we sort out the issues with our current coach, taster sessions are postponed. We will be in touch via Facebook and via email to let you all know as soon as this is resolved. (If you have not been receiving emails from us and would like to be added to our mailing list, please email [email protected] to let us know).

Sunday's (4th Oct) taster session WILL be running from 7.30pm - 8.30pm and another from 8.30pm - 9.30pm!

Both of these sessions will be taking place at the Salmon Youth Centre in Bermondsey, see below for the address!

Thanks to all of you who came to visit the Trampolining club's stall at the freshers fair last week! It's great to see so many people interested in trampolining, especially as this is our first year as a club. If you visited the fair on Friday, we're sorry not to have met you but thanks for putting your email address down anyway.

Here is a little club info on the coming weeks..

Taster sessions

Our free 'try before you buy' taster sessions will be running each Sunday over the next two weeks. There will be four sessions in total but due to numbers we ask that you only come to one. So please join KCL Trampoline Club's Facebook group and book your place at the taster session of your choice. You can do this by voting on the poll but please only do this once you know that you can definitely make it. The sessions are:

Taster session 1 - Sunday 27th September 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Taster session 2 - Sunday 27th September 8.30pm - 9.30pm
Taster session 3 - Sunday 4th October 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Taster session 4 - Sunday 4th October 8.30pm - 9.30pm

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and socks are essential!

All sessions, including regular training, will take place at:

This is only a 5 minute walk from Bermondsey station (Jubilee) or a 20 minute walk from Guy's campus and London Bridge station(Jubilee, Northern, National Rail) or a 20 minute walk from Canada Water station (Jubilee, Overground).

Membership

Membership will cost £20 for the year and this covers the cost of both training and insurance. You can buy membership already on theKCLSU website or you can wait until after your taster session to make a decision. However, after the free sessions you will have to buy membership to train with us but we will send out a reminder about this closer to the time.
Competition entry and uniform costs, if these apply to you, will be separate.
