Stop spinning your wheels
Losing the same 1-2lbs. Then gaining it straight back again.
It becomes just a bit tiring right?
Putting in all the effort but just going back and forwards.
Susan was doing all the cardio, but struggling to actually lose any weight.
And not seeing “the gains” in her words.
Which sucks.
So when she came to me, we scrapped the cardio obsession and got her actually eating and lifting.
First fat loss phase round we got her from 71kg to 55kg.
She did a photoshoot in December 2024 to mark it.
Looked great. Felt great.
Then we did something most ever don’t.
We deliberately got her eating more calories.
For a full year, eating at maintenance and more.
We pushed her calories up to 2,300+kcal.
We focused entirely on building muscle.
Not cutting.
Not restricting.
Eating more and lifting heavy.
Then we decided to do another shoot.
And the results speak for themselves.
My next group photoshoot will be in November.
Realistically you will need to start your prep in July at the latest.
