Our best advice is to show up early to your bookings so we can ensure everything that’s needed before your booking is complete(waivers, safety, goggles etc…)
This will help ensure you get the full time of your booking.
We will always do our best to give you leeway and help where we can but this isn’t guaranteed and not always possible due to availability of areas and instructors.

Please try to understand that being late could mean running over into other bookings. Moving your times without notice before hand can lead to fees.
