Local to Twickenham and enjoy yoga ?
Join me in the beautiful garden at Strawberry Hill House on Friday mornings 09.30 to 10.30.
As long as it’s dry and warm enough we are there. Car park is free to use and there is a great coffee shop with outdoor seating for after the class.

Yoga is mixed level classic yoga and suitable for beginners.

Make the most of our summer and the days we can enjoy being outside. It is really very special to practice mindful movement and breath work when you are surrounded by nature.

To book please either go to my website and booking system or cash on the day is good. Simply let me know you are coming. Bring a friend ? There is plenty of space !

I love Cacti as they are such easy plants to look after, are super cool as so architectural and of course are a natural air purifier. Absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen.

Anyone have joint pain or a bit of Arthritis ? If so then I can highly recommend this 100% natural supplement that has certainly eased my knee inflammation.

Wednesday 27th May 9 to 10am.

If you are local to Twickenham please join me for a unique yoga experience on 27 th May when I hold a class in this amazing room in Strawberry Hill House Twickenham.

This beautiful house, built in 1747 is a fine example of Gothic Revival Architecture. The running cost of the house and garden is huge and the team here are endlessly holding events to fund raise.

I am honoured to have been asked to hold a yoga class in this gorgeous Red Gallery as a little fund raiser. We can fit 20 mats into this space and tickets are on sale now through their website https://www.strawberryhillhouse.org.uk/.
Tickets are £20 .

It will be a gentle yoga class so is open to all levels . If you are local, free on the morning of 27th May please book in and I’d love to welcome you to this special Gothic yoga studio !
