Was is it with society and buffet breakfast? We find ourselves waking up specifically to rush downstairs.

We go up for 2nd & 3rd’s and eat like we haven't eaten in days. (although the evening before we no doubt had a healthy meal)

We wait patiently in line for the toaster machine in our pyjamas and flip flops. We queue up waiting for an omelette and add all the toppings.

Back to reality and I need to shed a few pounds!

Amazing long weekend away playing in the Great Yarmouth tournament

Played some brilliant football, beach soccer, late nights & swimming.
Great fun for the whole 3 nights and days.

Can be challenging coaching girls (& boys) as sometimes (especially when they reach teenage years) they want to Quit, especially after a poor performance or playing games in bad weather conditions.

My response is :

“It’s OK to quit, but, quit on a good day, quit when you have pushed yourself to the limit and been your best and achieved! You didn’t start the season/journey wanting to quit a few months in?

Quitting / giving up on a bad day is comfortable our brain and body what’s the easy option, that’s the easy way out.
