What a great challenge to myself to become stronger and leaner for everyday life!!
Really happy with the results, itβs a work in progress and I will continue to keep to my meal prep on a Sunday, low alcohol, low sugar - except bit of dark chocolate, diet whey shake after workouts structured weight training workouts , 3 x HIIT a week Occasional treat meals , everything in moderation.
