Exercise of the day - Deadbugs!
Excellent core exercise which works every part of the core and is easy on your back.
This can be varied - single dead bugs - just working one side (right arm /left leg repeat) or made more advance in a dead bug double - both arms and legs stretch out at the same time. Try 3 sets of 20 reps at the end of your workout for an ab blaster!
