This retreat started as a conversation in class. 🤍

So many of you are running on empty and asking the same quiet question: what can I actually do to feel better?

So I decided to create an afternoon around exactly that. We’ll move together; a Pilates and strength class that builds energy rather than drains it and then slow right down into a long restorative stretch. Zannie Krogh, a registered nutritionist I absolutely love working with, will talk us through the real stuff on hormones, energy and supplementation. And we’ll finish with a beautiful organic lunch from Larder of Love.

No pressure. No perfection. Just a few hours to give something back to yourself.

50 🤍

Turning 50 doesn’t feel that different… less like a milestone, more like a moment to stand still and take it all in.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to grow up surrounded by love, encouragement, and people who believed in me. Shaped by strong women and the belief that attitude is everything.

From my mum’s unwavering positivity, to my dad’s quiet resilience, to the incredible female coaches who taught me strength, discipline, and what women can build together… that foundation never left me.

I’ve been unsure of myself more times than I can count.
But I’ve learned to do the thing anyway.

Move cities, states, countries. Start over. Take the leap. Fail. Pivot. Build again.

From gymnast days, to Maryland, to San Francisco, to London… to creating a life, a family, and a real sense of belonging.

Somewhere along the way, that became this!
A business, a community, a movement of women showing up for themselves and each other (our own little cult… iykyk 😉).

And then this week, turning 50… being featured in Hello! Magazine for my method and approach to longevity in movement is a surreal, full-circle moment.

The proof really is in the pudding…
I move this way now because I always have.

But honestly, the thing that meant the most?
The video. The messages. The gifts from my clients… the people I get to work with every day. That support, that love, floored me.

The clearest reminder of why I do what I do.

So here I am at 50.
Still learning. Still growing. Still jumping.

And I wouldn’t change a thing 🩷
