Something quietly powerful is happening in a small Estonian town - and it started with a single person who said: "Enough waiting!"

You've probably heard it: it all starts with one idea, one step. One person making a move for things to change. Very often in our private lives, that one person is you and me.

When it comes to a community that is looking for a change, all it takes is one person to stand up and say, "I want to take a step to change something."

That's exactly what happened in Himmaste -
a small town in Estonia where about 500 people reside all year round.

One of the leaders at NGO Himmaste created a project, gathered the bright people from the community and set out to learn how to bring about new results.

They have committed to a process of learning over the course of 6 months on how dreams are built not only in their private lives but also in their community. The art and the science of Dreambuilding® - a process I myself have learned for over 8 years and am certified to teach others.

I could not have been more excited and more proud to deliver their first session recently.

Come to think of it now - maybe all great dreams start with a cardboard box 🤭😆

What if the first step of any change is for someone to have an idea that they would like a change? When that idea is followed by action, it starts to attract the right people, the right circumstances, and the right solutions. 🪄

I am so very privileged and honoured to be leading and facilitating the project “From Self to Community: Growth Through Dreaming Big Together” for NGO Himmaste in Põlva County. Adults and youth will learn to build their dreams together over 4 sessions in the space of 6 months, and I could not be more excited! 🥳

We are kicking it all off already tomorrow 21.03.2026!

✨ Profit isn’t the goal - meaningful value is.

I was recently invited to Plateau to Profit event, and one of the speakers shared a line that really landed:

“Profit is an outcome of smart cooking.”
Do the right thing, in the right way, at the right time… and the results follow.

It reminded me how easy it is to get caught up chasing the numbers - the clients, the growth, the “shoulds”. But when you strip all that back, the work becomes simpler:

✅ Get clear on what you’re here to do.
✅ Get honest about who you’re here to serve.
✅ Create from purpose, not pressure.

Because when your work is rooted in genuine value, you don’t have to force growth.
You become someone people naturally want to work with.

So the real question is:
What’s the “right thing, right way, right time” for you right now?

Growth will meet you there.
