A recent survey by the IoD, in collaboration with Hiscox, has revealed widespread AI adoption but lagging risk management ๐Ÿ’ก

Lack of trust in the reliability, accuracy, and data security of AI systems are among the top factors delaying or hindering adoption. Nevertheless, 91% expect their organisationโ€™s AI usage to increase in the next 12 months.

As organisations move forward, one important consideration is whether their policies are keeping pace with emerging risks. Despite most organisations now using AI tools, only 29% of those surveyed have a formal AI policy or governance framework in place.
