So sad to have to officially announce thatThe Broadgate Tower Run Up 2020 has had to be cancelled.

Despite the general situation showing signs of improvement, we are still a long way away from being able to host a viable event whilst ensuring the safety of participants, staff and partners, and so we are sadly left with little choice.

We are now looking forward to 2021 when we hope to bring back The Broadgate Tower Run Up. Although we are some way from being in a position to begin the process of organising a future event we are thinking early July. We will send more information in due course.

Virtual Event

In recognition of the original event date, Sunday 5th July we invite you to climb the equivalent of Broadgate Tower, 877 steps on that date in your home or wherever it is safe to do so, and post your photos in either the Total Motion Towerrunners group, or tag on Instagram.

We'd love to see your stair climbing photos!!

Get those kids active..🏃‍♀️🏃🙌

I produce so much free fitness content online and I never ask for anything in return but today I need your help 🙏🏼 I need your support to help spread this online so as many parents as possible know that this is an option for them to use next week. I am holding LIVE PE lessons at 9am Monday to Friday on my YouTube channel for children of all ages. All I need is for you to screen shot this and post it on your wall, story, Twitter, facebook, whatsapp, linked in and anywhere else. Parents are going to be under pressure next week and for 30 minutes a day I can take over and inspire and energise the kids to get active, bounce around and have fun. You can even join in with the kids. Please share away. This is going to help millions of children and parents feel happier for 30 minutes and beyond everyday ☺️❤️

We are so proud to have supported this incredible BBC Radio 1 / Sport Relief challenge last week as this amazing R1 listener climbed 8848m to the summit of Everest using only stairs and raising £200k in the process for a host of great causes.
Thank you to all of those who supported us along the way, contributing greatly to the success of the event. 🙏🙏

Somewhat inevitable, but no less upsetting to so many people who have trained and committed themselves over the winter..

The 2020 Virgin Money London Marathon has been postponed and is now scheduled to take place on Sunday 4 October 2020.
