Last weekend, we took a group from the Great in 8 Challenge for a casual 5K walk, showcasing my running route. It was all about getting people active and adding steps. My Super 6 Fat Loss Challenge is open to anyone looking to lose fat and feel better in their skin. You can win up to £3,000 in prize money. At the end, we’ll have a group walk to bring everyone together.

If you’re goal is to lose weight stop killing yourself doing HIIT workouts and focus on resistance training instead👊🏾

Why?

👉🏾HIIT doesn’t improve your body composition
👉🏾Exhaustion doesn’t equal a good workout
👉🏾HIIT doesn’t improve strength
👉🏾Too much HIIT can be dangerous

Strength training helps build muscle. Increasing your muscle mass increases your metabolic rate which means you burn more energy and more calories 💯

If want to lose fat then add some weights into your routine💪🏾🔥

Let’s break down 3 hours of exercise a week…that’s about 25 minutes of exercise a day⏰

🙋🏽‍♀️You probably spend double or even triple that time on Instagram

🙋🏻‍♂️It’s half a Netflix episode

💁🏿 If you got out of bed earlier you could fit the workout in first thing

It’s simple really, we have time for things that we want to make time for - it’s called PRIORITISING 👊🏾

So the next time you tell yourself you haven’t got time, think again ‼️
