The Aesthetic Fitness Studio is a private gym based in Streatham Common SW16 it opened in September 2014 as a one to one Personal Training Studio For the first four years i concentrated on fitness and weight loss clients until i decided to add Contest Prep Coaching as a Specialisation. Soon Team AFS was created and over the last few years i have had many clients winning fitness and bodybuilding shows from different federations. I now focus on bodytransformation clients as well as Contest Prep Clients. As well as this i am an experienced Sports Massage Therapist and offer Sports Massage Dry Needling and Cupping to my services. Saad Farooq took both the open Men's Physique and Fit Model EnglishGrandPrix titles!

What a day we had yesterday at UKUP_OFFICIAL British Finals 🇬🇧 it was a late decision to enter and it was certainly the right one. Saad Farooq became amateur British Champion in the Fitness division and Mens Physique Beach Body which was weight and height related.

He then decided to compete in the Pros after winning the Pro Cards and took the Pro Title as well in Men’s Physique Beach.

The overalls were a very exciting affair, as there were al expenses paid trips including flights and hotels to the Wabba Universe in Barcelona in 🇪🇸 Spain

The athletes selected from the overalls were reduced down to three athletes who all won this amazing award. We are glad to say Saad Farooq was the only athlete from all the Fitness and Mens Physique Categories to be selected.

Double Room located in Streatham at the would ideally suit a trainer or someone in the fitness industry. Use the gym for free for yourself when not in use, and there is free time to do personal training here at £10 per hour.

Another success yesterday for taking silver (2nd) at his first ever natural competition, he also gained three qualifications to the Universe The Natural Finals and The British Finals later this year !

The winner in his class ended up taking overall so we are pleased and happy with the outcome and already know what to work on for next time.

Another tremendous day for at the UK Pro/Am Championships at the weekend in Milton Keynes.

Viktor not only won both of his Pro Classes but then went on to winning the overall Pro UK title to cap off a brilliant day.

Viktor has always loved the Fitness and Bodybuilding Shows where he can showcase his physique in numerous classes.

He is a pleasure to work with and it has become relatively straightforward on his prep.

Interestingly this prep we never needed any additional cardio whatsoever due to his work activity being so high - food was also kept high throughout with weekly cheat meals required all the way to peak week.

As we know prep is not a one size fits all and in Victor’s case the most important factor is working around his work activity.

Well done again - another amazing achievement 🏆
