Adult Dance Classes at Central School of Ballet A diverse range of classes are available from ballet to African contemporary. Adult class bookings are made through Gymcatch.

Central’s new premises, the Countess of Wessex Studios, provides a hub for some of London’s best dance teachers to deliver adult classes to improve dance skills, general fitness and for wellbeing. Participants will need to either download the Gymcatch mobile app from the App Store or the Play Store or register for an account on the Gymcatch website. Once an account has been created, classes can be

booked through the Central School of Ballet page on the Gymcatch website/app or through our website. All classes are £12 each and available to book every week exactly six days before the class in question (e.g. class bookings will open at 11:30am on Monday for a class at 11:30am on Sunday). Class sizes are capped so we recommend participants reserve their places as soon as possible. If the class is full, a waiting list is in effect and participants will be informed if a place becomes available. Hi everyone! Long time no speak!

We are so pleased to announce that adult classes on weekday evenings and Sundays will recommence from 19th September in our new studios.

A diverse range of classes will be available each week, from ballet to African contemporary, to improve dance skills, general fitness and for wellbeing.
