June brings longer days, softer light, and a gentle lift in energy. It is a month that encourages ease β€” lighter routines and moments outdoors that help you feel more connected to nature and grounded.

After the heat of the last few days in May the weather changed and the first week in June was pretty wet. Nature needed the rain and it is starting to look lush and green now. πŸ€πŸƒπŸŒΏ

Balance matters because it creates resilience β€” in nature, in the body, and in our wellbeing.
Sunny days and rain are the perfect metaphor for why we need both strength and softness, effort and rest, activation and release.
Just as the plants need sunshine and rain to grow, our bodies thrive when we honour both energy and recovery.

Too much sun dries out the ground; too much rain floods it. Too much effort tightens the body; too much rest leaves us sluggish.

Balance is what keeps everything adaptable and alive.

β˜€οΈSunny days β€” like energising walk, run, work out β€” lift us, strengthen us, and help us to grow.
🌧️ Rainy days β€” like gentler mobility or breathwork, a relaxation session β€” restore us, soften tension, and nourish deeper layers of wellbeing.

Just Do it. No, this is not part of a commercial for a trainer company. πŸ˜‚

If there is something you have been wanting to do β€” really wanting β€” the question is: If not now, when.

We all have that one thing sitting in the back of our mind, quietly tapping its foot, waiting for us to stop overthinking and start moving. The dream. The idea. The adventure. The change. The one thing we keep postponing.

Life rarely hands out perfect timing. It hands out opportunities disguised as discomfort, uncertainty, or β€œmaybe later.” But later is a slippery thing. It stretches, it drifts, and before we know it, it becomes never.

So here is a reminder: You don’t need the full and perfect plan. You just need the first step.
Start that class. Book the trip. Try that new hobby. Make the call. Write the page. Say yes. Say no. Try the thing you have been talking yourself out of. You just have to be willing and you never know you might really enjoy it.

May is when everything finally exhales. Days stretch a little longer, the sun starts to feel warmer, and nature opens back up. β˜€οΈπŸͺ΄May marks a gentle reset - quieter than January.

Nourish, move and rest - three small choices that can shape how we feel and show up each day.

* Nourish - Eating well and staying hydrated is a quiet way to care for ourself a reminder that our wellbeing matters.
Try adding something that supports you, instead of obsessing what to remove. Maybe add some more colour with fruit and vegetables.

* Movement can be a spark, a reminder that energy is something you can gently create.
Choose movement that feels right for you: stand and stretch each hour, take a short or long walk outside, try various sports and classes and find what you enjoy.

* Rest gives your body space to repair and reset the quiet work that helps you keep going.
Protect a little downtime: a simple evening routine, a few slow breaths, or some screen-free reading.
Rest isn’t a reward it is caring maintenance.

We were spoiled for sunshine here in London in April, although still on the fresher side. May is off to a good start as well.

We are now well into the second quarter of the year, the days are getting longer, nature is awaking around us and there is a sense of renewal in the air. Do t forget to look around.

I was just trying to decide which season is my favourite one and can’t really decide between spring and summer. Summer of course because I love the warm sunny days ideally by a beach, but spring is special to me as well - Everything is waking up and there is still so much to look forward to.

Change – whether it is a shift in season, a new perspective, a new project – change invites us to reflect, adapted and evolve.

Is there anything you want to shift, change or prepare for this season?
Maybe starting on something you always wanted to do and have not had the time for. Taking small steps are the key. It is less pressure and leaves plenty of time to relax and enjoy autumn. πŸƒ πŸ‚ 🍁
