When parents choose a football academy for their children, they're trusting someone with much more than their football development.

They're trusting coaches to encourage them, help them overcome challenges and teach them how to become part of a team.

At Eagles Football Academy, we take that responsibility seriously.
Since 2013, we've been building a community where children can enjoy football, develop their abilities and learn values that will stay with them long after they leave the pitch.

We celebrate progress, encourage effort and remind our players that mistakes are part of learning.

We want children to look forward to training, feel proud to wear the Eagles badge and know that they're part of something special.

Because football can help shape the person a child becomes.

🏆 We're also proud of our partnership with Adrian Construct Ltd, our Main Sponsor, which will provide 10 scholarships to Eagles players during the 2026/27 season.

🦅⚽ EVERY GREAT FOOTBALL JOURNEY STARTS WITH A FIRST STEP!

Do you remember the first time your child kicked a football? That excitement, that smile, that feeling of discovering something new?
At Eagles Football Academy, we believe those moments are the beginning of something special.

We're currently welcoming young players aged 5, 6 and 7, giving them the opportunity to discover football in an environment where they can feel confident, make friends and develop at their own pace.

Our coaches focus on helping children enjoy the game while learning the fundamentals of football, teamwork and respect.
And because every child develops differently, we believe encouragement and patience are just as important as training.
🏆 A SEASON FULL OF OPPORTUNITIES

With the support of our Main Sponsor, Adrian Construct Ltd, 10 scholarships will be awarded to Eagles players during the 2026/27 season, recognising commitment, progress, attitude and consistency.

🦅⚽ U9 MATCH REPORT | LEARNING FROM EVERY CHALLENGE ❤️🖤
Sunday's match against Harrow United was a difficult one for our young Eagles, but also an important experience in their development.

Our U9 players started the game with determination and courage. Unfortunately, conceding an early goal affected their confidence, and as the match progressed, they found it increasingly difficult to play the football they had prepared for.
Harrow United proved to be a well-organized opponent, showing confidence in possession and the ability to build attacks from the goalkeeper.
Although our Eagles continued to work hard, this was a reminder that there is still plenty to learn and improve.

At Eagles Football Academy, we believe that facing strong opponents is an important part of a young player's development. These experiences help children understand the game better, become more resilient and discover what they need to work on.

We will take Sunday's lessons back to the training pitch, where improvement begins.

🏅 PLAYER OF THE MATCH – IOAN CIUCUREAN 👏🦅
Congratulations to Ioan Ciucurean, who earned the Player of the Match recognition! A special moment for Ioan and an encouragement to continue working hard and developing his game.
Keep your heads up, young Eagles! We're proud of your effort, and we'll keep improving together. ❤️

⚽🦅 U9 MATCH REPORT | EVERY GAME IS A LESSON 🔴⚫
Not every match will go the way we hope. But sometimes, the most valuable games are the ones that challenge us the most.
Our U9 Eagles faced Parkfield Youth this weekend and, despite a difficult afternoon, there was plenty to be proud of. ❤️
Every child worked hard, fought for the team and, most importantly, tried to put into practice what they have been learning.
The players kept going until the final whistle, showing determination, effort and a willingness to learn. 👏⚽
Matches like this are an important part of a young player's development. Every challenge brings a lesson, every mistake is an opportunity to improve, and every experience helps build confidence.
Football isn't only about results. It's about how you respond, what you learn and how you move forward.
Heads up, young Eagles. We learn together, we improve together and we keep going together. ❤️🖤🦅

04/10/2026

Hello, dear parents and children,

Today, I want to share with you some materials from the man who played a huge role in my life and shaped me both as an athlete and as a person.
Sometimes in life, we are lucky enough to meet people who change our path. People who see something in us before we see it in ourselves. People who teach us, correct us, pick us up when we fall, and show us that true value isn't measured solely by victories and trophies.
For me, "Domn Profesor" (The Coach) was one such person.
My coach. My mentor. One of the people who shaped my destiny.
Many of the things I do with children today are rooted in the lessons I learned back then. Because what we learn from the people who shape us shouldn't stop with us; we need to pass it on.
That is why I tell our children:
Listen to your coaches. Respect them. Learn from them.
Not because they are always perfect, but because their experience can help you become better.
Be patient with your children. Not every child will become a professional footballer. But through sport, every child can become more disciplined, courageous, responsible, and strong.
Perhaps years from now, a child who steps onto the field today—shy, unsure, or uncertain of what they want—will remember the people who stood by them and say:
"My coach believed in me." For me, this is one of the greatest sources of satisfaction.
And to the man who shaped me, I say today, with deep gratitude:
Thank you, Professor, for everything you gave me, for the lessons you taught me, and for the person I am today.
And if I manage to pass on even a part of what I received, then it means your work did not stop with me.
Because football is played on the pitch, but character is forged for a lifetime!

Thank you, and I look forward to your comments on this post!
