Roger Gracie is a world-famous practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and MMA. He is the grandson of one of the founders of the art, Carlos Gracie. The Gracie family has been the driving force in the growth of BJJ and the revolution in the martial arts community. Roger has put together a team of instructors from Brazil and other parts of the world, all trained to the highest standards of BJJ instruction.

As a team overall we won second place Gi and No Gi and also 3rd place in the kids junior category!

Monday 22nd December
• Classes as usual - Adults and Kids

23rd, 24th, 26th & 28th December
• Adult Open Mat only
• ⏰ 10:00 – 12:00

25th December
• 🎄 Closed – Christmas Day

27th December
• ❌ No Kids Classes
• Fundamentals (Gi): 10:00 – 11:00
• No-Gi: 11:00 – 12:30
• All-Levels (Gi): 13:00 – 14:00

29th, 30th, 31st December & 1st January
• 🚧 Closed for refurbishment & New Year

From Friday 2nd January
• ✅ All classes return as normal (Adults & Kids)
