Capoeira Lapinha London Capoeira classes in West London W9 and W10. Children classes on Tuesday 4-4.45pm and adult classes e Capoeira will work your body as a whole.

Capoeira is a martial art that combines self-defence, dance, music and philosophy. Originating from Brazil, it is a discipline that exercises the body and mind, as well as developing your musical abilities and improving your confidence. It will improve your body's strength, stamina, flexibility and motor skills. Beginners and people of all ages are welcome! I look forward to seeing you in one of my classes.

Well you could have the power to knock “King Kong” but can’t cut your hand and throw it at him, can you?

You have to make it close enough and safely to deliver your present, that’s why footwork, distance & positioning are key, anything else comes after. I’m stunned how quick is picking it up is stunning 🤩

From kicking hips hight to shoulder hight.. Do you think a month is too ambitious to do a split or maybe not, so far we did the high kick in just a week, seriously well done MR Time span is different when your consistent, everything takes a way shorter time to get done..‼️
